1. Booking Fees

• All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

• The booking fee secures your place on the course and covers administrative and preparatory costs.

2. Full Payment & Refund Eligibility

• If you have paid in full and need to cancel your training, you must provide a minimum of 14 days’ notice before your course start date to be eligible for a reschedule.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date will result in no refund of the course fee.

• If you fail to attend without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

3. Rescheduling

• If you are unable to attend your confirmed dates due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you may request to reschedule with at least 14 days’ notice.

• Rescheduling requests made after this period will be subject to a full charge of the training cost.

• Only one reschedule is permitted per booking, and new dates must be confirmed within six months of the original training date.

4. Course Cancellations by the Academy

• In the rare case that we must cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrolment, trainer availability, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer alternative dates within four weeks.

• If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may opt for a credit towards a future course or request a full refund.

5. No-Shows & Early Departures

• If a student fails to attend without notice or leaves before completing the course, no refund or alternative training date will be provided.

• It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they are available for the full duration of the course.

6. Pre-Course Learning & Attendance

• Pre-course learning is essential for participation in practical training. Failure to complete required pre-course materials may result in denied entry to the training without a refund.

• Students arriving late may not be permitted to join and will forfeit any fees paid.

7. Medical & Personal Circumstances

• If you are unable to attend due to a medical condition, we require official medical documentation for consideration.

• Personal circumstances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed to result in a refund or rescheduling option.

8. Additional Costs & Kit Fees

• Any course kits purchased separately are non-refundable once received.

• If your training is affected by personal factors (e.g., eyesight issues, failure to bring necessary equipment), additional training days will be chargeable.
